Artifact: Service Governance Plan

This artifact defines all of the specific procedures and resources necessary for the fulfillment of the Service Engagement according to the Client's stated requirements. Procedures set-up during the transition program will be entered in this Service Governance Plan which will be used by the Service Engagement Manager in the future. The Service Engagement Governance Plan includes or references various Service Engagement management artifacts.
